Hace 25 años, Alex Lora en la misma Concha, develó su estatua realizada por Rubén Hernández a base de tubos de bronce y llaves de agua fundidos, al pie dicha estatua Chela Lora, integrante de la banda y esposa de Alex, agradeció la invitación y el cariño de Guadalajara hacia ellos.
“Muchas gracias por pensar en el Tri. Para nosotros es histórico estar acá (Guadalajara) de nuevo, después comenzar la historia haciendo más de ocho presentaciones en La Concha, el haber logrado esta estatua y que también estuvo relegada por un tiempo y la rescataron para que la volvieran a poner”.
